1 slice Sourdough
1 Teaspoon Butter
Mozzarella Cheese
Furikake
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Toast a slice of sourdough with butter
2. Dizzle and spread Bishoku's Mentaiko Mayo on sourdough
3. Sprinkle Mozzerella on top
4. Blow torch to melt cheese and give
5. Sprinkle furikake for taste (optional)
