Australian Striploin (Meltique) in cubes: 480-500grams per vacuum sealed pack
Each pack is 500g, comes in vacuum sealed packaging as shown above, frozen.
They can be kept up to 6 months
Easy cooking instructions (Air-fryer):
1. Thaw Steak cubes for about 5-10mins
2. Season in a bowl with salt, pepper and some oil and mix it.
3. Throw into air-fryer for about 3-5mins (depending on how raw you'd like it) on high heat and flipping them once or twice in the duration of cooking.
4. Done!
