Australian Striploin (Meltique steak)
Each steak is 200-220grams, comes in vacuum sealed packaging as shown above, frozen.
They can be kept up to 6 months
How to cook (Easy pan sear):
1. Season frozen steak with salt and pepper on both sides
2. Heat pan with oil, medium - high heat
3. Place seasoned frozen steak into the pan, searing it about 2-3 mins each side (depending on how cooked you like it)
4. Add butter, thyme & garlic into the pan, baste steak by tilting your pan and coat steak with the butter with a spoon
5. Take out the steak and leave it to rest for 3-5 mins before cutting and serving.
